    Ok. Since that works, then try adding it to start up applications and see if it'll work there.

    You may have to add the full path to synclient, but it should work.

    Oh, and don't forget the shebang at the top.

    Yep, succeeded with some effort. Seems that the spaces in the end of each line aren't regular and ubuntu can't figure that out. (But thats a weird explanation, since I can execute that after login)
