Do I need PAE in Lucid?

LO all! I enabled PAE in Karmic to let Ubuntu see all of my 8G RAM. I have now moved up to Lucid and am wondering if I can remove it and still get alll 8G or whether I should leave it.
    Thanks in advance!

Lucid automatically installs the PAE enabled kernel if it detectcs more than 3GiB of RAM.

So, I don't have PAE in twice or something?
