Ok, I came across another Bible program for Linux. Runs native in Linux. You can see how to install it here: http://www.bibleanalyzer.com/forum/v...f=7&t=196#p698
I didn't feel like re-writing up the how to that I put there (but now I did). Since you are probably already registered for these forums, you can feel free to post problems here and I will get back with you. Enjoy.
How to Install Bible AnalyzerLucid and Maverick are the only ones currently supported.
Ok, the quick how to for installing Bible Analyzer:
1. In the Terminal Applications -> Accessories -> Terminal Copy and paste this:
2. Again in the terminal:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:shane2peru/bibleanalyzer-stable
3. And finally in the terminal:
sudo apt-get update
That simple. There are GUI instructions in the link above if you have terminalphobia. They are longer.
sudo apt-get install bibleanalyzer
