    Exclamation Thinkpad x100e installation problem

I have a Thinkpad x100e and have downloaded/installed both the desktop and the netbook editions of 10 10 onto a thumbdrive. When I plug it in and reboot my computer I am greeted with the window with preview or install buttons on it.

As soon as I click one of the buttons, the mouse cursor begins spinning endlessly and nothing happens. I can click around the desktop and the wifi icon at the top, but I can't click in the main window to actually do anything (like install it).

Any advice how to get around this?

Possibly use the alternate cd, or a text based install?

I have no idea how, but I got it to install, even thought I couldn't access the livecd functionality. Oh well
