will ubuntu work on new macbook air

Hi guys,

im thinking of getting a macbook air and putting ubuntu on since i suspect the macbook air (the recent model) will not want to work with macbook air being so new anyone got it to work? Or had any problems or maybe someone recomend an old version that has everything working.

I think it's a bit too new for official support of any kind, but your welcome to test it out and let us know how it goes ;D

When u install Ubuntu be careful when u create a USB install. The default USB boot creator provided with Ubuntu and Mac wasn't working a few months ago and I had to create a USB boot disk using a WinX system.
