    Ubuntu is running in low-graphics mode.

    after restart i found this message
    in the grub menu i have tried all others only one work fine while the others give me the message Ubuntu is running in low-graphics mode.

    From Grub menu select recovery mode and try to reconfigure your graphics.

    If it doesn't work, which graphics card have you got? Did you install the proprietary drivers? Was it after an update that Ubuntu gave a low graphics message?

    yes this is after update
    i have nvidia card

    Have you installed nvidia drivers, through "additional drivers" or by downloading them from nvidia website or neither?
