2- How i can Recover file delete I want a strong program to restore files

I use rsync to do backups.

Deja Dup Backup tool.

It is in Ubuntu software center.It is simple to use and customise if needed.
I am using it.

Try testdisk to recover,it may help you

Remastersys for a complete backup of your entire system! untar and install the .deb ,copy your unhidden home folder to a clean ect/skel folder,via sudo nautilus, set permissions ("others" and "group" to "access files") you will find remastersys in adminastration, then burn your new iso (Found in filesystem/home/remastersys )file to DVD, Good luck!

I find simple backup quite a nice and simple program.

Make sure all your repositories are open and pull from the united states server, see if that works!
