Dock upon windows

On my xubuntu I've this problem.

I installed cairo-dock enabling compositing but when I move on the dock i see this...

because you have set fake transparency !
I believe you don't need it (Metacity or Compiz can do the job), so turn it off (in the config panel in advanced mode, in "System")

i tried disabling the transparence/compositing of the dock and abiliting the metacity composing_manager (it was already abilited) but the label just turn the color from the faketransparence to black
