Question How do I change applications menu icon?

    Hey everyone,
When installing 10.10, I accidentally made my applications menu icon the Gnome foot. However, I like the Ubuntu icon much better.

I'm aware that you can insert a custom icon. However, all I want is the stock Ubuntu icon. Can anyone help me?

Have you tried changing the theme?

Check out the file /usr/share/icons/gnome/scalable/places/ubuntu-logo.svg and see if that is the icon you need. I can't seem to find a means to change the application menu icon here, so I don't know if this will actually suit your needs, but worth a check.

Changing the theme works. Sorry everyone. It was so much simpler than I thought.
