its a bug in the gstreamer equalizer, either start exaile with --no-equalizer ro adjust the sliders in the EQ to fix it.Originally Posted by Kingsley

exaile does not keep saved equilizer settings upon reboot.

Um, yes it does, at least as long as you save it as a new profile.

Is it possible to remember the last played song? I have a playlist, and when I'm done listening to music I close exaile. When I reopen exaile it starts at the beginning of the playlist. I want it to start with the song I stopped at.

Too much Ubuntu
I'm trying to play an audio CD in Exaile. It told me to install the python-cddb package, so I did. Now all of the tracks show up, but it won't play any of them. When I try to play a track the OSD comes up as if it's playing, but there's no activity on the CD drive and the progress bar just sits there at 0:00/x:xx
Odd, if I put the CD in the DVD drive it plays???

I bow to ye, sir. This player is fantastic. I think it could be cleaned up in some ways (it feels like there's a bit too much blank space, but I'm a minimalist), but otherwise it's fan-dabby-dabulous.
One thing, though: what's with the 1-8 rating system? Who goes base-8 on ratings?
