I like the way they apologize, but still take a dig at Windows for not being more secure. We can all agree on Windows not being very secure, however, there are times for humility! One such time is when you have sold products that come with a virus that affects the majority of the world’s desktop machines.

If I was stupid enough to purchase an ipod, I'd ask for my money back and perhaps ask for some compensation for screwing up my computer.
Mind you I only run Dapper here (no windows), but I'd just keep quiet about that technicality
