    Clock 2.30.2 In Wrong Position

I keep two panels, both at the bottom of my screen.
The clock resides all the way to the far right on the bottom panel.
I have other cities loaded into the clocks settings.
But when I click on the clock, it appears at the very top right, only trying to show one location, cutting off the rest.

    Same thing with me.
My clock is on a left panel to the top and when I click on it, it show wait out of my screen that I can't even see the date.

This worked fine previously, before installing Maverick 10.10 64-bits.

I've found a work around for this bug as it turned out to be a conflict with Compiz desktop effects, here Thanks to kantastisk.

    Tell me about your experience!!!

Same thing here, turned off Effect and it fixes it, cant even use "normal" effects - hope that gets fixed quick.

Thanks for the 'heads up', juliobahar.
I have a laptop that displays the clock as in the bug report link you provided.
My desktop computer, however, shows it virtually off the screen, top right.

Nevertheless, The Compiz workaround by using the 'Place' command worked here.
I get slightly amused when once again as a workaround I read 'just turn off compiz.'
Although appreciated, turning off compiz for those that use it, is like asking a 5 year old to give you back the candy you just gave them.

Really happy that it worked for you. I also thought the same way about not turning off compiz. As I can live without the clock/Date applet but not the nice eye CANDY effects which have no other alternatives.
