If yes, then try howefield's suggestion.

If no, I would be concerned.

Ah, this is the Gwibber program. OK, so open Synaptic (System -> Administration), and in the Search box type gwibber. Right click gwibber and gwibber-service and mark both for complete removal.

I hope it's enough to disable the autostart of this social network whatever:
System > Preferences > Broadcast Preferences.
Check out the Start service at login.

gwibber= first thing removed upon a fresh 10.04 or 10.10 install. lol

sudo apt-get autoremove gwibber

Ok, and assuming someone wants to NOT uninstall Gwibber, how does one go about stopping the account window from popping up continually when all the accounts are properly configured?
