Server configurations

Ok simple question I have two older computers.

Server One:
AMD Athlon 3700 2.2ghz 64bit
2gb of DDR 400
PCI 6800GS Nivida

Server Two:
AMD Athlon 3200 2.0ghz 64bit
1gb of DDR 400 ro 333 not sure
AGP 6200 Nivida

Now server one Has Ubuntu-desktop 10.04 64bit installed because i use it for development so im assuming that the video card helps in this case because of the desktop enviroment.

My Question is that Server two is a diskless node for Server One and it also has a video card. Does this card even do anything?

Once agian its a diskless node of Server two and it uses server One to PXE boot. So by having a video card in server two can it help the clusters performance?
