Change Ubuntu Netbook to "Normal" Ubuntu

I have Ubuntu Netbook on my laptop. I was wondering if there is a possibility of changing it (whenever you wanted or whatever) to basic Ubuntu Desktop Environment. I remember I have disabled Netbook Launcher from the startup application list, but I didn't have a proper Ubuntu desktop, as I couldn't edit it, couldn't (or I couldn't) place any icons there, etc., etc.

Any suggestions?

go to login screen then unlock with password and choose
gnome.

Not really you can do that with netbook install but not gnome desktop install. Same O.S. different GUI's. It was a good question.
Netbook takes a little bit of experimenting with, take a peak at 10.10 netbook!! Remember still in Beta.

so how do you change from 10.10 Desktop to netbook?

I don't know if you can change it to netbook if you have 'normal' ubuntu installed. I think you've got to install the specific desktop environment. But if you have ubuntu netbook installed, you can change the desktop environment from the login screen
