2nd halv of my nvidia GeForce 9800 GX2 is gone

I newly upgraded to 10.10. running fine two monitors but after a few updates some
kernel updates too... the second half of nvidia GeForce 9800 GX2 doesn't get recognized
on start anymore...

no more two monitors...

i try to play with the xorg.conf but nothing seems to work...
not in nvidia-settings or nvclock-gtk..
the xorg.conf worked fine with to monitors before some kernels or updates..
i know 10.10 is still under production... but i like to try new things...
should i try to change back to an older kernel???
or is it something with the nvidia-current kernel???
or ???
