If you want to play games made for Windows, then you have to run them in Wine. Some games work better than others, some not at all. You can check out WineHQ for more information about specific games.

There are also plenty of native Linux games.

How can I install the game with playonlinux?
I have the gta_sa.exe but when I click playonlinux's install, there are options for every gta game but SA. Moreover I can't just choose a file from computer
If you have wine installed, you can just double click on the .exe file and it should start the installer in wine. looks like you should get pretty good gameplay.

There's more to playing Windows games than just installing them.
Perhaps the major limitation is that they often demand hardware acceleration in the video drivers -- so unless you have the Restricted Nvidia or AMD drivers installed, you won't get decent frame rates.
Same is true with DirectX v11 -- video drivers must support this.
And, if you have an Intel video chip, I think you're generally out of luck in this area, as they don't provide Restricted Linux drivers.

Or you can check out some native Linux games.

if you "can't just choose the file from computer" maybe you need to set the executable bit. right click, choose properties, the click the executable box. then run in wine and maybe it will work.
Just so you know ... a SILVER rating, especially for games, means that try to use it in Linux is going to be a very frustrating experience. Generally, you want a GOLD rating or better. Why? Because trying to run a games that has some features that don't work is largely a waste of your time.

If you are invested in a windows game and are used to solid performance and don't want a migraine to go along with it, keep it on windows. There are plenty awesome linux games that are native. Dual boot!! Don't bother with a silver wine rating (as mentioned) or a vm 'solution' unless you like pain (like me) or have no recourse.
