Ubuntu in windows 7 virtual pc - full screen mode not working

I installed Ubuntu 10.04.1 on windows 7 virtual PC.

I am having troubles with full screen mode. I saw shortcutkey combinations here:
    http://blogs.technet.com/b/windows_v...irtual-pc.aspx

However, switching to full screen mode (with the shortcut key Windows logo + arrow up) just moves the virtual pc window to the upper-left corner of my windows desktop but doesn't take me to full screen mode. I get similar behavior if I click the maximize button from teh virtual pc window.

Any clue how I can get full screen mode working?

My screen resolution is 1600 x 900 pixels.

Are you using Virtual PC for a reason? VirtualBox and VMware are good alternatives.

Also: Windows Key + Up arrow = maximize the current window, so I doubt it'll work for the guest OS.
