Goes all the way back to 2004.

Actually, I have noticed in some sub-forums the oldest dates are shown as "4 weeks ago".
I think this stems from when the forums were down intermitedly about "4 weeks ago" and some maintenance was done to the data-base.
I've also noticed this:When actually IIRC it was 1 year and 4 weeks ago that this occurred. Most users ever online was 43,695, August 5th, 2010 at 10:14 AM.
Not a big deal, it just bugs me, because I know differently, same with the dates in some sub-forums.
Not sure if anything can be done or needs to be but, It can cause confusion if someone is trying to find posts in a certain time frame.
ps in the link given the oldest date shown to me IS "4 weeks ago".
AH-HA the posts within the threads DO have the correct dates

oh dear - that's what it is
I thought I'd just forgotten
When I click the link Last I am taken to the page 30. I don't have link to pages more than 30. View my screenshot.
I found the solution myself.
User CP --> Edit Options --> Default Thread Age Cut Off
In the drop down menu, "Use Forum Default" was selected previously.
I changed it into "Show all threads". Problem solved. Now I am able to get links to all the pages
