I use twitter with Gwibber and everything goes well.
I tried to use facebook but when I click on "Authorize" the page doesn't appear
it shows "ERROR:The requested URL could not be retrieved" as if it's disabled
I'm from syria and facebook is disabled, but I've put a correct proxy to the system, and I use it for browsing facebook and other disabled sites. also, facebook on empathy is okay
Simply, Ubuntu Addict!
Nobody here can guide you to a workaround if it is blocked in your territory. Against the forums policy. Sorry.

sorry, the problem is not the blocking, I think. it's another thing
has anybody got a similar problem?
