Backup in Picasa - how to open .iso?

I did a backup of my photos using Picasa, it saved it as a 18,8 GB iso file.

When I click "Extract here", files are being extracted but not all of them!

Most of the files become readable, but they keep their .jpg;1 extensions.

Anyone familiar with Picasa's backup recovery? It seems the program included in the iso, "Picasarestore.exe;1" should be used, but this hasn't been extracted and/or it only works with Windows.
