But yeah, it's a pretty steady emulator on Linux. But I don't think it's too partial to Windows platforms - trying to run it on WinXP, WinVista and Wi7 all resulted in hanging, or extremely laggy performance - and I'm talking one frame every three seconds laggy.
I got the same problem when running Desmume on windows, besides slow, the screen got green for som reason. When i was still using windows i used No$gbaZoom, runs 89-95 fps on average and had many features including customize zooming, rotating screen, independent screen sizing, screen detaching. Anyways, is very useful.
