What's Best Backup Strategy For A 250gb Hard Disk Server With 1tb Hard Disk?

    To everyone,

    1. I have 3 hard drives.

    a. 250gb - I have /boot, / (root), at /swap partitions
    b. 1tb - I have /home here
    c. 1tb - reserved for backup

Now, what if my 250gb fails all of a sudden? What's the best way to back it up so I can restore it quickly?

I'm using squid proxy server, apache, ftp, samba, nfs file servers on 250gb hard disk.

What's the best for me, cloning, rsync, tar, etc...

    Thanks for reading.

PS How can I also backup my 1tb /home hard disk?
It's OK, everything we know will become obsolete at some time.
