Older version of libqt4 on dist-upgraded system

I am developing an application for Qt 4.6 and I am happy that Lucid has recently introduced this version of Qt in it's repository. However, a collegue of mine cannot install my application, and when I try to find out why I see that He is still looking at libqt4 version 4.5 in the repository. Notably, He recently made a dist-upgrade (I believe is the term) from Karmic to Jaunty and from Jaunty to Lucid.

Does anyone know why he has a different repository, or perhaps even what I could do to get Him up to 4.6 in an apt-ly manner, so to speak?

Turns out he was still at Jaunty.
