Way Too Much Ubuntu
Help!
I shutdown my laptop with no apparent issues, and when I went to restart it a few minutes later, it wouldn't boot up. After the Dell screen I only get a blinking cursor. I can't even get to the grub menu to start in recovery mode. I'm running off a liveUSB at the moment.
I've mounted the hard drive but I don't know what to do next.
Way Too Much Ubuntu
It's back up an running again. After I shut down my liveUSB session, I removed an SD card that I had left in the slot, then powered up again and Ubuntu successfully started up. I can't see why that would have messed things up because it booted up well enough off the liveUSB with the card still in the slot.
