Because I am using 64-bit Linux, Hulu will not work in Firefox. I had Hulu Desktop for Linux version 0.9.8-1 working for a while. Now it tells me this every time. "This request is taking longer than expected. Would you like to cancel it and do something else?" I had tried disabling hardware acceleration and using low quality videos as suggested from Google but still had the same problem.

I installed the the 32 bit version of hulu desktop and pointed it at a 32 bit version of flashplayer. This works perfectly.
