Well, I over-estimated rather than under-estimated

I bought a few things with combined shipping a while back.

I just paid for it and asked the seller to refund whatever was left after posting it with the presumably cheaper cost of sending items together.

Although in the end, he only refunded me a few of quid from £10 for postage in total. When the package arrived, the postage was printed on the packaging as something like £1.60

problem is with ebay, is the the postage isnt paying just for the value of the stamp, its the value of the packaging, the persons time, fuel to post office, with the amount of ebay and paypal fees, most of what you paid in postage doesnt cover that, esp if it was an expensize item.
