The only thing keeping me from Ubuntu full time is a good newsletter program. Do you have any recommendations for a newsletter program (with templates).

Scribus with scribus templates

What do you mean exactly?
Something like MS Publisher? OSalt recommends Scribus and Openoffice.org Draw (this would be libreoffice in the repository, might even be installed by default, I can't remember). They're both in the repositories.

Libre Office works fine for a lot of news letters , but Scribus allows more fine tuning .kinda like Publisher only in open format.(and free)
Scribus should be in your package manager to install.
