Yeah, I have a PCI card that happens to be Atheros. Have you tried the b43 driver? I use it on my laptop and it works well (better than the proprietary 'wl' one).

I looked here, and it wasn't one of the supported ones. I think wifi is one of the biggest downfalls of Linux.

Yeah, yours is a BCM4328, the two I've used are 4306 and 4312, and b43 works with both of those.
