Any one notice that there is no fetching of lyrics for newly ripped CDs?
Mine was working fine up to a couple of days back. Now I just get the Title and Artist, and a link (which goes no where when clicked) to www.lyricvip.com. I've checked my settings and nothing has changed there.
My version of Songbird is: 1.4.3, Build 1438, downloaded from getdeb.com.
Windows free since '09 - never looked back!

Relief it's not just me then... Must be something to do with lyricsvip I guess. Went to the Songbird website, but there's no where to report the issue! Go figure..

well, ya know they don't support linux anymore...there was a big to-do about it a little while ago.

Yeah I heard bout that. But surely, if it was working out of the box to start with, why the change?
Why is it so hard to find a reliable app under linux that will do most (if not all) that iTunes does? And, pleeease don't refer me to Rhythmbox! The store in that app is only of use if you live in just 4 of the 200+ countries in the world. I'm really annoyed at Songbird, as it was the ONLY reputable linux equivalent of iTunes, then they went Windows/iMac only - bet you they'll start charging for it soon too.
