Fedora 8 not in GRUB after 10.04 install

The machine has two hard drives. sda1 has Windows XP, sda5 has Fedora 8, and now sdb1 has ubuntu 10.04.

When I do "update-grub," it shows ubuntu, XP, and Fedora, but the conf file only reflects the update of the former two. Likewise, when I restart the machine, GRUB only shows ubuntu and XP.

    How can I remedy this?

Also, how will I find the Fedora kernel version (if I need that), because I can't boot into Fedora anymore?
