    Is it possible to transform a PC in a sort of PDA ?

    with agenda, ... and wake up alarm clock, ... all like a PDA

    This is Linux - of course its possible.

    It just depends on the details.

    Computers a near-turing machines, and since context free grammars are a subset of the recursive enumerable languages, you shouldn't have much trouble with a Push Down Automata (PDA).
