It isn't docky I prefer avant-window-navigator over docky because of the customization options. There might be a docky theme like this though.

The Faenza fever has spread to my desktop!

I've wondering what the next "thing" was going to be with desktops as the last few months have gotten somewhat (dare I say) stagnant with desktops.

The Compiz craze has come and gone, Conky's not as crazy as it used to be (besides on the Conky thread), docks aren't so crazy anymore - but they seem to be making a comeback with the latest AWN release and together with Docky, looking a lot more polished!.

It seems like the Faenza icon set is starting to take over desktops - I remember the days when you HAD to have Gnome-colors icon set (is it even still around?).

Just an observation on the desktop threads....no screenshot for me though, as my Ubuntu laptop has a dead screen.

The next big thing is going to be a departure from glossy, shiny, dark interfaces. I predict Ubuntu users will embrace a new matte, artistic, colorful art style inspired by the Mac/iPhone community.
