File Sharing?

Hi guys

I am trying to share files without samba, at work all i do is right click on file select share and it does everything and at home have same layout except at home i cant share files, when i right click on a file at home i have (Basic, Emblems, Permissions and Notes)
also when i go to system -- > Administration i dont see share files options either.
I am trying to Enable Personal File Sharing.
but no share option, can someone please help me with this problem.
