SCO claimed that IBM had, without authorization, contributed SCO's intellectual property to the codebase of the open source, Unix-like Linux operating system.

SCO just put out a new press release. This is bad... very bad:

LINDON, Utah (EAP) April 1, 2006 - In a stunning announcement, Utah-based SCO Group has released detailed information revealing that 80% of Linux was copied directly from UNIX.
