Also I've tried Wojox's way and I still have the same problem ...

Is anyone encountering this problem on 32 bits ? I've installed hundreds of 32 bits before and no issue and now I've this issue with 64 bit for my first install.

Try a different server as the tw server seems to be offline.

Open Software Sources and on the first page at the "Download From" button,select a different server.

I apologize if this is annoying. im new to linux and ubuntu but would like to get familiar with it. should i find the drives on my other laptop and try to install them manual by transferring them on my flashdrive. once again im sorry if this is stupid i love computers but dont have the means for school or anything and if someone could point me in the right direction how to fix this maybe i needed a different code than the ones posted.
