pyCracker&aircrack

After I patched broadcom4312 wifi driver and installed pycracker program,I get "Notice: 'wlanconfig' is not installed on you system. The 'Interfaces' tab will be disabled." message.
I checked for that package and it looks it it for Atheros cards only.
PyCracker can see network,but nothing happens when I click crack button.
What can I do,any suggestions ?

Yeah. That's thread I based this installation on. Maybe I'm stupid,but I can't find answer for my problem there
