Problems when multibooting ubuntu and windows7

Dear friends,

I multiboot windows7 and ubuntu 10.04 on my intel core duo, 1gb ram, 80gb hard disk laptop.

As expected lucid lynx has a seamless service till now.

But when I boot windows after a session of ubuntu there are multiple problems like touchpad hanging and display issues. (This only happens after an immediate booting after a ubuntu session).

Somebody please help me.

The only way I can think of that it might be possible for Ubuntu to affect Windows, in the way you describe, is if you are using a Wubi install. Aside from that, the only ting I can think of is this being some weird residual static charge thing. Does it happen only if you immediately reboot into 7 or will it still misbehave if you wait a few hours before rebooting?
