Netflix website error

I'm not sure which forum to post this in. My problem is that the netflix website won't load anymore. I can't access the login page to change my movie ques. It's weird, because up until about 3 weeks ago it worked just fine. I've waited this long to post about it because I thought for sure that the problem was netflix itself, but other people can access netflix just fine.

I'm using ubuntu 10.4 with firefox 3.6.3. I can't recall anything I might have done to cause this, seeing as how all my other sites still work just fine. And so far as I can find no other posts address this topic. Perhaps theres some firefox temporary/settings folder I can reset? I'm really not sure how to proceed diagnosing this issue.

I see that this might be an isolated problem on my machine. I'll post any breakthroughs I come across.

Download Chrome and see how it behaves.

I'd probably try one or 2 things

Temporally set up another user, log in and then try netflix.

Or open firefox and clear the cache (edit - Preferences - Security - 'clear your recent history' - Everything and then use the checkboxes.
You could also try removing the netflix cookies if clearing cache didn't work

Wow, how strange. The site works now. The first thing I tried following your posts was to clear the offline storage, or "cache". I'm not sure why I didn't try that first before..

Edit: Also, I cleared the cookies in the same step. Not sure which did it.
