I need my IP to say I'm in Romania. Vidalia?

Well I cannot watch Television from there because it says my IP is not from Romania.

I tried Vidalia, and I have the green onion, and ip-adress.com keeps recognizing that I am in the United States. Did I set something wrong somehow?

Is there another way to trick it in to thinking I'm in Romania?

I Also see the Vidalia "Tor Network Map" There are locations in Romania but you click nothing happens. So if someone helps I would really appreciate.

Thx prince for responding! The ip-adress site says im in Romania

Yet .... Somehow, I have no idea, It still says I MUST be in Romania to get my "PBX Telecom" login and password. How could they possibly know?
