    10.04 Ipod actual SYNC support

It is great that Ubuntu supports my ipod touch out of the box now. Everything works fine as far as using rhythmbox to add songs to the device. It seems everyone throws around the word "sync" to describe this action.

Has anyone come across a solution that actually "syncs" the music library with the device? I know gtkpod is supposed to have this functionality but It does not seem to recognize the ipod touch, probably because it doesn't support the new software that ubuntu uses to access the 3rd gen ipod touch and iphone 3gs.
