    Sasmsung N148 battery issue

I've got Samsung N148 netbook. Works perfectly with UNR. The only issue is with battery. It is charged to 80% only. I've found that there is utility for Win7/Vista which removes this restriction.
Is there any way to remove this restriction under Ubuntu?
    Thanks!
