Where is the best place to support a Rhythmbox bug, that might get some kinda meaningful reply and where should I find about what info to include? There appears to be three places

1) https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu...x/+addquestion which gets no answers EVER

2) https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/rhythmbox which has a completely broken support system imho (people constantly changing status from undecided > triaged > undecided > unimportant > triaged > haven't got a clue

3) https://bugzilla.gnome.org a third place to report bugs....

Rhythmbox on Lucid is so full of bugs it makes it almost impossible to use.

Some examples:

Can't update tags on large MP3 files.
Doesn't remember library location.
Allows you to have multiple library locations, but doesn't show what they are or allow you to edit them.
Numerous Gstreamer bugs, even telling you to report a bug, but then not how to....
Consistently rebuilding library on start-up when you are using a Samba network share
Timeline not progressing

I could go on, but I'd end of checking my PC out the window due to thinking about how buggy Rhythmbox is.

It really makes Ubuntu look very low rate when it is their default Music App.....
