    Red face BootScreen help

    Was messing around with Compiz and plymouth themes.
    I installed one and now my bootscreen is text of linux mint in the center screen.
    How am i able to change this back to my plymouth bootscreen

    I am pretty new to Ubuntu! But I would try to install "Ubuntu-Tweak" which can be found here

    After installation you find the program under Applications-System Tools

    Besides some need stuff that you can do with windows management you can also change the boot screen!

    Just tried it
    this helps with login screen and stuff
    but the physical bootscreen splash cannot be configured with this program.
    thanks heeps though
    anyone else have any ideas?
