(Since not finding a "report user", and since user has not made any posts, I saw only this or contact admin as a way to raise the issue, and decided this would be the less intrusive).

Thank you for reporting that Arand. The user was reported by other as well and the staff has managed this issue already.

Late here, but for you Arand and others reading: you can report PMs, there is a report abuse button top right, on the same line as the PM title
