Suggestion for a good small business router with parental controls for less than 150

I am looking for a small business router with parental controls for a bookstore. They don't have a ton of money...

I was considering the netgear wnr2000

However once I read the review I began to question it's reliability.

Any suggestions for an access point that is reliable, has parental controls, and is affordable?
