It's the default Ambiance theme and default Docky theme.
The icon theme is called AwOken. Gnome look isn't working for me right now but you should be able to download it from here:

Thanks Isli. No output for the iconset failing, the icons just appeared as black squares. I'll give it another go today.
Also it appears that most of the bugs were from the kubuntu beta ppa (that'll teach me to stay with the stable stuff lol). Damn thing wouldn't even remember what wallpaper I was using. Bespin just showed most things wrong even though I changed the settings from that bespin config dialog. Windec hints for one didn't work. I will probably have to use that windec thing you use too (can't remember the name atm lol) even though I preferred bespin's own windecs in the past.
Anyway I just reinstalled kubuntu, so I'll try everything again today or tomorrow.
You really make that green work Mark. If you could use more inconspicuous windecs it would look better I believe.

You all guys are really doing an excellent work. Cheers

here
also, changed my mind... Im inverting the colors...
Details:
Bespin: Doxysuxy, modified.
Colors: Understated, modified, too.
Icons: The ones that come from the bespin's theme in Artificial Intelligence's tutorials
Plasma: Im using G-remix and T-remix and a mix of them.
I think that is pretty much it.
