Gimp!? I just dropped all things Windows and I need a PhotoShop/PaintShop pro like program that's better than Gimp. I know there has to be something out there better.
I really need to learn CPU programming and science so I can create all these things I want and put it out for folks to use and add to. But.... that's years away on my part. Hey I can dream

GIMP has a learning curve but it does what PS does and more, in case you need an alternate, you can try out Paint.Net clone PINTA. http://pinta-project.com/release/0.3

Definitely.GIMP has a learning curve but it does what PS does and more,
I use to like PS more also...
but now, I use nothing but GIMP and love it!
much better than PS imo.
you just have to LEARN it!
