I didn't use GIMP because I'm more familiar with photoshop. I have nothing against GIMP I think its excellent software.
The wallpaper is meant to be plain(ish) I was just trying something out. I'm gonna post a couple of others soon. I'll be submitting to gnome-look as well.

i know this topic should somehow go around the first posted wallpaper but i prefer to praise the beans
the beans were already made of course.. i've just added the ubuntu logo
