Gnome Panels Keep Messing Up

Hey Guys,
I've been using Ubuntu 10.04 for about two weeks and ever since I installed it, it sometimes messes up the panels
I've tryed reseting the panels and I can usually reboot and sometimes it will go away but come back
Heres A Pic

I've drawn arrows to outline arrows

This has been a problem for me for at least the last three iterations of Ubuntu. You can stop it happening by moving the applets back but leaving gaps between them(i.e. don't move them to touch the next one, leave them a bit of shuffle room). I don't know why it works but it does.

Fixed By Leaving a tiny space between items
